These terms apply to the rmsc.in website and to registrations for events run by the Rajasthan Motor Sport Club (“RMSC”, “we”, “the organisers”), including DuneCross 7.0. By using this website or submitting a registration, you agree to these terms.
1. Using this website
- The information on rmsc.in is provided in good faith for general information. Event details such as dates, venue, schedule and fees may change, and we will publish changes on this website.
- Photos, logos, videos and text on this website belong to RMSC or their owners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
- Do not misuse the website, including submitting false information, attempting to access areas you are not allowed to, or interfering with its operation.
2. Event registration
- Registrations are made online through the registration pages on rmsc.in. Every registration is subject to review and approval by the organisers.
- The person submitting a registration confirms that all details and documents provided are true, complete and belong to the people named.
- The organisers may ask for more information, and may reject or cancel a registration that is incomplete, incorrect, or does not meet the event rules.
- A registration ID is shown after submission and is sent by email. Please quote it in all communication.
3. Teams and team links
- A team is registered by its owner or manager, who pays the team registration fee.
- Once the team is approved, the team owner can share the team link with members. Each team can have a maximum of 10 members, and each member registers and pays individually through the team link.
- The team owner is responsible for sharing the team link only with genuine team members. Entries made through a team link count towards that team.
- The organisers may deactivate a team link at any time, for example if a team is rejected or the team is full.
4. Officials
- Officials register online through the officials registration page. There is no registration fee for officials.
- Registration is subject to approval by the organisers, who decide duty assignments and may decline or withdraw any registration.
- Officials must hold a valid driving licence. Any vehicle used on duty must be roadworthy, registered and insured, and is used at the owner’s responsibility.
- Officials must attend the briefing, wear the identification and safety gear provided, and follow the instructions of the Clerk of the Course and other senior officials at all times.
- Bank details are collected only to pay officials’ allowances or reimbursements as announced by the organisers.
5. Fees and payment
- Fees for DuneCross 7.0 are shown on the registration pages: team registration, team member entry (via a team link), and individual participant entry.
- Payment can be made by UPI to the account shown on the registration page, or in cash to the organisers where cash is allowed. Always keep your UPI reference (UTR) or cash receipt.
- Where part payment is allowed, the balance must be paid before the deadline the organisers announce. A registration with a pending balance may not be confirmed and a participant may not be allowed to start.
- A registration is confirmed only after the organisers have verified the payment.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- Fees are non-refundable once a registration has been confirmed, except where the organisers decide otherwise.
- If the organisers cancel the event, they will announce how fees will be refunded or carried forward.
- If a registration is rejected by the organisers, any amount paid for it will be refunded or adjusted as decided by the organisers.
7. Participant requirements
- Drivers must hold a valid driving licence. Driver and co-driver must provide valid identity proof (Aadhaar) and photographs as requested.
- Vehicles must have a valid registration certificate (RC), pollution certificate (PUC) and insurance, and must meet the technical and safety rules of their competition class.
- Driver and co-driver must hold valid high-risk / personal accident insurance covering motorsport participation for the event dates.
- Participants must attend scrutiny and briefings, wear the required safety gear, and follow the instructions of officials and marshals at all times.
- The organisers may refuse a start to, or exclude, any participant or vehicle that does not meet the rules or is considered unsafe.
8. Risk and responsibility
Motorsport is dangerous. Participants, officials, crew and spectators take part at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, RMSC, its members, officials, volunteers and sponsors are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to any person, vehicle or property arising from the event, except where caused by their proven negligence. Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to others or to the venue.
9. Your information
- We use the details and documents you submit only to manage registrations, verify eligibility and payments, contact you about the event, and meet safety and legal requirements.
- Documents such as licences, Aadhaar, RC, PUC and insurance, and officials’ bank details, are stored privately and are visible only to the organisers. We do not sell your information.
- Your name, team name and class may be published in entry lists and results. Photos and videos taken at the event may be used by RMSC to promote its events.
- To ask about, correct or remove your information, contact us using the details below.
